How do you do
Hello Deborah, Sudip and Marcus,
Thank you very much for the explanation and quick answers.
Very much appreciated.
DW First set up the colour group. Then go to Account - Sorting Office -
DW New Filter. Now set up an Incoming Mail filter which looks for your
DW boss's email address in
Bat Men (and Women),
Could someone offer me a simple explanation of Color Groups. I
thought I knew what it was for until I read the help item for it. Now
I am lost. Sorry if this seems simple. Preferably, if someone could
explain a practical use for it, I would really appreciate it.
JS Sp3 was just published :)
PM Where can I download it?

Hello Miguel,
Thanks for showing me what should have been obvious. It
was a few days ago, but I just realized I never said Thanks.

List Members,
I was using Mailwasher to do what The Bat does naturally. No more
MailWasher for me. I tried the dispatch function and like it. Is there
a way to make it the default way to check mail vice the regular
downloading of mail? I would like it to be automated on startup and
every so
?
The dispatcher has a button to open the message from the Dispatcher.
It opens the message in a separate window from the dispatcher and
leaves the Dispatcher open. I don't know if this is exactly the same
as what you are referring to as previewing.

that would open the message, or
NA allow for a 3 or 4 line preview. I tried the obvious Open but nothing
NA happened. Where exactly is this button you refer to, and what is it
NA called?
