Thanks Allie, Tat worked. By the way, this *does* work in the common
folders also. Just set up a read filter with the source pointing
anywhere but the common trash folder. This way I don't have to
remember which type of folder I'm in.

I have TB v1.60q just installed. I have set up Common folders that
receive filtered messages from two accounts. I notice that there is a
separate Common Trash folder.
Is there a way to have *all* accounts use this common trash folder

Is there a way that I can set up a set of folders and filters that can
be accessed from any account? I have several email accounts and am
sorting the messages from all of the accounts into a "master" account
that has all of the folders. The other accounts have only the defaut
