Hello , i'm currently evaluationg the bat for our office since we are not fully satisfied with our current email client (eudora) i hope that you can help me with my questions:
the situation: in our office are several users each with an own email account on our pop server. additionally there are some email accounts that are not directly related to one user i.e. office@... or supprt@... my questions: 1) cooperate accounts (multiple users reading the same pop account): * each user should be able to download and read its own emails and the emails of the office@... acounts. * each user should see the new messages of the office@... acount in his ticker. * outgoing messages from office@... should be avaliable on all installations * each user should have access to a cooperate addressbook and have its own private addressbook. can one configure the bat so that this will be working? 2) multiple installations of the bat running at the same time reading the same pop account some users in our office work on more than one computer and would like to have the bat running on each of them at the same time. each installation should get the latest messages and the installations should be syncroniced all the time. is there a way to do this? 3) pgp 8 pgp8 is on the rise.... will the bat support this? -- Best regards, clemens mailto:clemens.schmuck@;geo-byte.at ________________________________________________ Current version is 1.61 | "Using TBUDL" information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
