Auto-refresshing VFs

Hello Chris, From the limited experience I have had with them, it seems that navigating away from one and then back to it causes it to refresh itself. Not always. For example, I have VF-A looking at folder A for messages less than 1o days old. If I move message M out of A, when I navigate to
