Newbie Help

Greetings, I am new to The Bat as of late last night. I have to create two Groups Lists and use them as I did in Eudora. When I click on Groups . . . it takes me to Groups/Selector and there is nothing to select. Please help. Also I have some individuals who will be part of one of the groups.
