Not Saving Address Book Changes

The Bat Users, I recently reformated my computer. When I did I just saved the Bat program files folder and then reinstalled The Bat and then copied the folder over the new one. And now I am having problems with my address book, I cannot add to it or edit any of the entries. Also my
