Two different opinions, and I have lost track of whether this
discussion is about whether TB should implement MDI or not. (Mightn't
this thread belong in the TBBETA list... ?)

Anyway, in order get the feel for MDI and make up my own mind, I
downloaded Opera but couldn't find the language switching (I don't
mean interface language but "Encoding" or "Translation" in TB,
"Character Set" in Netscape). Since I browse web sites in different
languages, this is a sine-qua-non for me. Where is it?
