-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hello Jonathan,
>>> When I'm in the AB and have a group selected then start a new Msg. >>> I can't find any 'Macro' Button to Insert Macros into the Msg Body. >>> Can this be confirmed and must I in this case insert macros on my >>> own (e.g. Dear %TOname)? I know exactly how you feel. It's one of the major bummers of TB! in handling mass mailing or on the fly macro creation. >> The Macros like %TOname you insert in your templates of the AB >> Group, not in the Message Editor. JA> You can always use a Quick Template to produce that kind of affect, True, It took me a while to get how it works but the idea is simple. If you ever wish to put macros into your document so the end receivers can see the true values and not the %%macros you'll have to first create a quick template. Consider the quick template the real editor when it comes to composing your messages to the masses. JA> quicktemplatename<CTRL + SPACE> JA> To insert the content of the Quick Template, including resolved JA> Macros. (Replace quicktemplatename to whatever you called it). You'll simply have to learn how to use quick templates. They pretty much hold dear the answers you're looking for. I hope I helped. - -- Best regards, Victor B.
