every employee have a pc, and every employee can reply to both (info@
and sales@) mailbox (this exclude that user A on pc 1 have only info,
and user B on pc 2 have only sales), plus the boss that must have the
capability to use his account and the others 2.

but doing in this mode, because the connection is not permanent, but
we will connect one or two times per day, can happen that A replyes to
a mail and too B and the boss (and if we are unlucky, can be that they
write 3 different replyes...), and all can realize that there are
multiple replyes only when BBC is delivered... too late...
