 There is a command line utility called CACLS that can be used to
 edit permissions. Open a command window and   cd to whatever path
 you need. Then   cacls *.* /t /e /g Users:f   to give users full
 access (I think)

 Google for CACLS for more info as I can't remember where I found
 it
