There  is  a  convention about _trailing_ spaces being not kosher, but
you should not have a trailing space.  It's ASCII32 + ASCII13.  That's
definitely  *not*  a trailing space.  If they're stripping away the CR
at  the  end  of  that line, their software is daft.  Call it to their
attention.   Unless  your messages contain harmful or deletrious data,
they've  got  no  business  altering  it.   It  would foul the message
security and void the PGP signature.

In  fact,  you can perhaps send yourself a message  PGP signed and see
if  the  signature verifies when you receive it back.  If not, the ISP
is tampering with your data.
