It's much cleaner QS> and safer to use the AVG Control Center for updating. Just to round the thread off, I brought the thread to the TBOT list (as advised by Jamie Dainton) where the riddle was solved. I updated the AVG plug-in for TB from ftp://ftp.gin.cz/pub/mswindows/the_bat/plugins/antivirus/avgbat10us.exe and the problem was solved . No Grisoft trick at all, but their directions seem not to be complete. - -- Best regards, Joan Josep -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: 6.5.8ckt - build 08 Comment: KeyID: 0xF6A61F93 iQA/AwUBP2yfW97hKWb2ph+TEQLQpQCguBdnIwqgV5R0nxyYCdje5P0X4j8An0mx dWaZX0puC0k85kMzBapo2thu =xVhW -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ________________________________________________ Current version is 2.00 | "Using TBUDL" information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
