Recycle Bin in TB directory ??

Can anyone tell me how the 'recycle bin' in TB Program Directory works? Only just noticed it exists. It is used for attachments (in mine, mainly sent msgs attachments), but how do these get here and why? And how long do they stay? TIA -- David [EMAIL PROTECTED
