Hello The Bat! developers, I'm using The Bat! Version 1.39 Serial Number FE9D2891 under Windows NT 4.0 Build 1381 Service Pack 4 and would like to report a bug The bug description: I can no longer retrieve mail from an IMAP server. Steps to reproduce the bug: Today when I clicked on "Dispatch mail on the server" I got a message box that said "unable to create window." This was probably a memory problem, so I shut down some other applications. After that incident, I have been unable to retrieve mail from the IMAP server--even after rebooting my PC. When I click on "Dispatch mail on server" the window appears and on the bottom it says "INBOX selected (107 total, 101 unseen, 0 new) but it doesn't show any messages. Similarly, when I click "Get new mail" it says "Checking INBOX" with the details: 2 mailboxes listed with 108 messages 102 new messages detected in 2 mailboxes Checking mailbox INBOX (102 new messages) but it hangs up at that point. The box stays there forever with "Checking INBOX" (until I close it). The log doesn't show any problem. With another client (Netscape) I am able to successfully download headers and messages. I tried creating a new account in TB but the same thing happens. Evidently some setting got clobbered when the "unable to create window" occurred but I have no idea what it is. Can anyone help?
