Upgraded to 1.62r, DSL Connection Still Not Possible

Hi, Thanks for everyone's suggestions. I upgraded to 1.62r, which went easily, with all files, sort rules, and settings coming through intact. Unforuntately, though, I still cannot make TB connect with ATT DSL service -- no matter how I configure the properties. TLS, apparently, is simply
