can't start 3.5.26

Just downloaded and installed 3.5.26 (over 3.5.25). However, when I try to start it from my non-admin WinXP account, I get the initial splash image, but then the CPU pegs at 100% and nothing else happens. Any ideas how to fix this? Works fine from my administrative account on the same machine, some
