The results I found when searching were related to TB!, were all
written in either Russian or Polish, and appeared to mention the issue
but no solution (and no answer to Robin's original question of where
to forward the message).

Yes, it's what TB displays when it doesn't like the incoming message. If I
open the attached Message.html it opens fine in my browser, but presumably
the html breaks some standard that the browser is flexible about. Or perhaps
there is a real bug?

 Is this problem connected to one/some specific Sender(s) or is it
 present in just about any message? Could the problem be connected to a
 mass mailing and the Sender didn't format their newsletter properly?
 Or is this a problem with YOUR outgoing messages??

Anything from LinkedIn now displays this message. It didn't use to, but
perhaps LinkedIn has changed its html email generator.
