First, let me thank all who responded to this little problem. Paul you are
correct, I AM running the 32 bit version as the target file of my shortcut is
simply thebat.exe.

So, I think I'll try downloading the 32 bit version of Antispamsniper and see
where that gets me.

there is no x64 version of 6.0.12. 64-bit versions started from
version 6.8.8:
