Computer frozen for 45 sec when launching The Bat 2.10

Hello, I have installed the Bat 2.10 and I have a problem. Each time I launch the Bat, My computer is frozen for 45 or 60 sec and I can't do anything with it. No mouse, no keyboard, just have to wait ! What's wrong ? Current version is 2.10.03

Hello TBUDL, I have installed GNUPG and got it working. I have also installed GPGshell and it works by itself. Is there any way to make the menu option in The Bat! open the GPGKeys? Currently it does nothing when clicked. It does sign messages, have not tested verifying yet. --
