When I try to delete some mails from my sent mail folder, I get following error - Can't delete mails, coz size of Trash about to reach 2 GB. Please consider distributing message from trash to smaller folders Apparantely, my Trash is already empty and I have enough empty space on my drive. --

Hi Alexander Thanks, that helps! I never ran Maintenance in my 4 yrs of using TB, and it has saved me almost 8 GB!!! One thing I don't get is, why on earth TB is not really deleting messages manually deleted from Trash folder. Does this imply that there must way of way of recovering deleted
