can also use Navigation -- follow next (or CTRL-DOWN) or Navigation
-- follow previous (or CTRL-UP) to go from message to message.

Is there a simple regex expression I can insert in a template to:
look through text of incoming email for the folowing line:

and use that email address to address the reply.

current forward template looks like this:

1. TheBat.exe - No disk -- There is no disk in the drive. Please
insert a disk into drive A:
