Disappeared folders

error on reply

This morning I keep getting an error message when I want to reply to a message. Cannot create file c:\a.htm - it thinks the file is in use by someone else. Then it creates an empty reply message. Any ideas? this only started happening this morning and I'm not aware I changed anything.
