Format for date in autobackup filename

Can some kind soul remind me of the the format to save an autobackup file with 
the ate and time in the filename...

Something likeblah/blah/autobackup-2008-03-21-15-45.tbk

After all:

I'f i'm correct, when you flag a message and move it to another folder
the  flagged  status  is preserved. The same should be possible with
