In case you don't run TB as admin user, uninstalling TB won't delete the registry settings. That way you'll never be able to run TB without OTFE. So when you don't use TB from an admin account (as is the proper way) the you should delete HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RIT from the registry.
