Message base damaged - what can I do?

Hi, I have a problem with my "sent" message base. It must have been corrupt, so I ran maintenance over it. The bat reported the message base damaged and put about 3.000 mails in a part0001.bin file. Is there any way to access those lost mails and to reimport them into the message base? Thanks
