I created a PGP/MIME test message to myself to test this. In TB! 4.0.38, for the message I just tested, the "select text to quote/F4" method works as expected on both the "This is a PGP encrypted message" tab and the tab showing the decrypted message text. > Something is wrong with this reply quotation handling. > I consider this a bug. Window split mode
Hello Batters - I have a couple of issues here, and being at wits end am writing in hopes that someone knows what is going on. I'm running v4.2.36.4 on Win 7. This a new install; after numerous and various problems I stripped TB! off the system, hand editing the registry, and reinstalled, sacrificing all my old dbs, in hopes of fixing the various issues (including no sig files or templates, disappearing filters and so on) which were plaguing it. As it had been reinstalled numerous times over the old dbs, I'm sure it was the right thing to do, though painful. In spite of hand editing the registry, when I reinstalled the installer did find some old references, and I'd kind of like to know how that happened, though I don't think those references are part of the immediate problem. The immediate problem is that yesterday when I brought TB! to the focus to do something, the split window dropped the mail reader portion out, and I have been totally unable to recover it. I have reset it to a different configurations, restarted TB!, rebooted the system, all to no avail. It refuses to let me see the window pane that allows me to read the mail without opening it in another window. Have I missed anything? Does anyone know what? I really could use some help on this. tia, -- Best regards, TheLimit mailto:the.li...@comcast.net Current version is 4.2.23 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
