Lately I have been getting this message

email. I'm not sure when it started but it's beginning to get
annoying.
Anyone have any idea how I might have brought this plague upon myself
and what I might do to cure it?

On a different topic - I used Comodo for quite a while. Is a memory pig and had
some odd behaviors, though my recall is fuzzy. Moved to Vipre months ago. Am
quite satisfied with its features and performance. Vipre integrates well with
the Bat! for anti-virus.
