I don't know a way to change the background outside of the listed messages or folders, but you can right-click a folder name in the folder list/tree and apply a colour group. Most of my folder names are on a black background and written in red if the folder contains unread messages, or white if it doesn't. Unfortunately the folder icons at the far left remain on a white background. -- Best regards MFPAmailto:expires2...@ymail.com It's better to feed one cat than many mice Using The Bat! v4.0.38 on Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Current version is 4.2.23 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

I would suggest either:- set the account using the %account macro in your templates for new messages and replies to that group's address. or:- place your TB-BETA folder under the account that you use with that group. -- Best regards MFPAmailto:expires2...@ymail.com None are so fond of secrets as those who do not mean to keep them Using The Bat! v4.0.38 on Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Current version is 4.2.23 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

Hello Gary, Saturday, September 25, 2010, 2:11:20 AM, you wrote: > Another, related topic, is getting rid of cookies tracking you web > activities. The best program I\'ve found is MAXA cookie manager. I've another candidate: SUPERAntiSpyware. Fast, precise, and astonishingly inexpensive. Under $20 for "lifetime" license--at least when I purchased it. Have been using it for several months with perfect results. Turns out anyone using the software can authorize a discount on the price. So here's the discount for everyone on TheBat list. I've pasted in the wording from the product: > Please visit the following link to download your free [trial]copy: > http://www.superantispyware.com > Because you were referred by edgerm...@earthlink.net, you are eligible > for a 25 % discount on your purchase of SUPERAntiSpyware Professional. > Please use the discount code FRIEND to receive this instant discount > when ordering. > This is not spam e-mail. Hi Tbudl, as you can see on the picture here, http://www.gunivortus.net/colors.jpg I've tried to give my TB a 'blue' outfit. However, the folder tree on the left is white, and so is a background part outside the list of messages. How / where can I change there the background too to blue? -- Regards, Guus Using The Bat Vs. 4.2.36.4 under Windows 7 64 bit Current version is 4.2.23 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
How to set the default account for a common folder
Hi Tbudl, so I have a common folder that stores all my TB-BETA mails. If I reply to a message it is send with the correct mail address as I set the identity. But it is send from the wrong account and therefore the copy of the mail is put into the wrong sent folder which is rather annoying. How do I set that account? Do I have to use a macro for that as I couldn't find an option in the folder preferences menu. -- Regards, Raymund Current version is 4.2.23 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
