V5 - How to remove attachements when redirecting emails
Hi, With previous versions, when redirecting an email, i could just select attachements and push the delete key to remove those attach, allowing me to redirect to a ticketing system the text only part of an email, without the html/pictures versions... Now, with the V5.0.8 it seems that i cannot delete the attachements when redirecting... is there something i'm missing ? How must i do now to remove attachements before the redirecting ?
