Insert LINK?

Hello Everyone, I'm in a jam. I need to get a complicated email out quickly, but it has looong URLs in it. And I don't know (or don't remember) how to turn a URL into a link. You know, like to here. Would very much appreciate a reminder of how to do this. Or can't you do this in TB?
