I just checked with some recent messages from LinkedIn. For what it
may be worth, my TB! version (4.0.38, which is now quite elderly)
displays the standard plaintext view of messages from "LinkedIn
Updates" and "LinkedIn Communication" just fine; some of the messages
from "LinkedIn" are displayed properly, while others are shown as
blank. Switch to HTML and their messages all display without
complaining, even if most of them are formatted so poorly as to be
virtually unreadable.
