My suggestion would be to include the signature delimiter right at the
end, so that any crud added in transit follows it. (For example, some
email systems add adverts or messages about what anti-virus scanning.)

I was going to direct you to "Macro and QT repository" at
but there seems to be an
error loading that page just at the moment. Maybe Marck still lurks
here and will take a look? There is a macro there to "Emulate Outlook
Reply look & feel". I have not tried it, as I don't like Outlook's
way.

One of the easiest ways from Outlook to do this is to copy and paste
from the message viewer into a word document. Presumably this works
from TB! as well.

I may just be lucky, but TB! doesn't do this for me. Or it might be my
settings at Options | Preferences | Address History.

  Collect addresses from:
Outgoing mail ticked,
Incoming mail not ticked.

Track history of these accounts only
only ticked one account, that I rarely use

  Do-not-Track list

  Limit History by
1 days

Purge exceeding entries from history on exit
Ticked

However beautiful the strategy, you should occasionally look at the results.

Put it above the quote in in the template and skip the signature
delimiter in your signature

That should be possible

Can't be done, TB isn't integrated with a PIM like Outlook

Can't be done, however TB supports plain text and so does Word
