My apologies for replying to my own post but I felt the need to close this query since I figured out the solution but not the problem. The solution was to click on the "file" option at the top of the opened address book which I eventually did in desperation. I was presented with a list of ABDs to click on, one of which was JLF.ABD, her initials. Opening that ABD file restored her address book to what it was. The question remains unanswered however as to how that address book "JLF.ABD" got closed in the first place. My thanks to anyone who attempted to answer my original query. -- Regards, Jack LaRosa Central Alabama USA Using TB! 6.0.12 OS: Win 10 v6 Build: 9200 --- This email has been checked for viruses by Avast antivirus software. https://www.avast.com/antivirus ________________________________________________ Current version is 8.0.18 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
