Why not copy all entries from each address book directly to a new one 
within TB! and delete the duplicates there? (If you use address book 
groups that have "hide items if not specifically selected" checked in 
their options, you would need to either copy members of these groups 
separately or remove this checkmark before selecting all entries in 
the address book to copy.)

Is there any possibility that you didn't delete the whole line when 
deleting the duplicate entries? A long shot, but all I could think of.

I founds Tools / Import Messages / Mailbox Wizzard, thanks. (I didn't
see that last item earlier, only saw .EML/.MSG) It tries to open
Outlook on my computer. Of course, this was never set up.

I found on the internet that Outlook stores the mails in a .pst file.
Can I point TB! to that file, like I would point it to a .TBB file?

I really don't want to have to export 1000s of mails from Outlook into
.MSG files and then import them individually.

Import Messages/Mailbox Import Wizard includes an option to import
from MS Outlook. I have not tried it though.
