Looking at the image you attached, what are you expecting to see in TB! from the Gmail side? I've never tried using IMAP with Gmail, but I don't think think "Starred" and "Snoozed" are folders, they're just Gmail filters. I'm not sure if those specifically will show up in TB!. -- Sam mailto:norma...@mynormallife.com Current version is 9.1.18 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

First on Gmail side and then in TB. As I say, just a guess. Yes I've done both, the problem is that the folder list on the TB side is only two folders! -- Warmest regards, Acheton Created using TheBat! 9.3.0.2 on Windows 10 Current version is 9.1.18 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

Not that I can think of, but hopefully some more experienced members will come up with something! You've clicked on the "down arrow" in front of Gmail, und Imap folder options, to see if it shows more folders? Yes it shows just one more folder And under "subscribed only"? Shows nothing. And checked the download settings there? Yes. I've also tried refreshing the list too and still get just two folders. -- Warmest regards, Acheton Created using TheBat! 9.3.0.2 on Windows 10 Current version is 9.1.18 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
