The reason can be anything from wrong password or a typing mistake in the server name. Once we have ruled those out, we can look deeper. Do you have the status bar enabled in your TB!? If not, please hit shift-crtl-L while you are in the main window. Then check the account. After that, click on the status bar (it's at the bottom), and it will open as a separeate window. Have you looked at the log for any hint of what is happening? For more detail on what may be happening you can enable Account Properties/Transport/Protocol Logging -- Best regards, Miguel A.
