How to look up an address?

What do I put after %To= where I need Bat to look up auditor in a specified address book (Bath-Wells-contacts) where auditor is the handle and the resulting address is David Floyd[EMAIL PROTECTED] Can any-one help with this please. This is just an examples, there would be many different addresses
