Hello Roelof,

  The  problem  isn't  the template, i.e. the above Hello Roelof but
  the   actual   To:  field  of  the  email  says  To:  Roelof  Otten
  tbudl@thebat.dutaint.com  I  would  like  it  to say To: The Bat
  tbudl@thebat.dutaint.com

Replying to a mailing list, the To name?

Hello TBUDL,

  I  belong  to  a few mailing lists and when I reply to the list, the
  To  address  is  always  the  persons  name  who  sent the message
  and then the mailing list address.

  How  can  I make it simply use the name associated with the list via
  my address book entry for that list address?
