Thomas I, for one, don't know of any way. In fact, I don't think it's

I  must  say that although I agree with you on how anyone can get this
info   from   a  phonebook  or  whatever, a phonebook doesn't give you
mapped  directions  to your house from any location in the US. I asked
to  be removed / unlisted. Not that this can stop someone but it won't
be quite as easy.

The  bad  news is that I can't use PoPFile OR SpamPal any longer as my
corporate email account is now authenticating using APOP and from what
I can see, neither of the two programs supports that. :(

I  tried  SpamPal  and although it worked ok, it seemed to bring my PC
to  a crawl whenever I popped. Have there been improvements to correct
this or was it just me?

Well,  does  the %text remove the s from the message? I mean, if they
are  already  in  the  original  text?  I  didn't think it did that. I
thought  that was good for replying without using the s but I need to
remove ones that are already there.

MO Permanently or on a per message basis?

MO If permanently, you have to work on your forward template. Inserting
MO the original text using the %Text macro should do it.

MO If you want to edit a single message, take a look at the bottom row of
MO the editor. The third box from the left probably says Stream. Change
MO it (by clicking on it) to Column. Now you can cut - and paste if you
MO want to - entire columns.

Thanks.  I will take a look but I was hoping to still find a way to do
it  in  the program. My old email software, Calypso, used to do it for
me. The Bat seems far more powerfull so I am lost as to why it can't
be done. :)

JH There's a great little program called eCleaner that'll do this in a
JH couple of mouse clicks.  You copy what you want to clean, open
JH eCleaner and click on the appropriate icon (a  with a circle and
JH slash through it).  It takes out the  and copies the cleaned-up
JH version to clipboard.

Countdown Clock for signature???

I   was  hoping  all  you  experts  with  the  templates  and  regular
expressions could help me figure out how to do a countdown clock in my
signature.

In  this  case,  we are going to Disney in September and I want to say
something  like,  144  days,  12  hours, 34 minutes till we leave for
Disney!
