Have you looked at Account > Imap commands> Manage Imao folders?
You can select which ones to show there.

I have recently started to have a problem using TB. I have a list of about ~20
folders in my gmail account. However when I go to IMAP folders to view the
list of folders to change the settings only two are shown. How can I make all
the folder appear? I have tried deleting and
