Hello TBUDL'ers, Suddenly I am getting bounce-back messages whenever I try to send to two specific individuals. This problem started about 4 days ago. Prior to this time I had always been able to send messages to these two without any problems. The log message says:
!3/29/2018, 11:52:04: SEND - Message has not been sent. Server reply - 5.2.0 Tss01x00X3c7r7o01ss28E Message identified as SPAM - Please visit http://www.charter.com/postmaster E5110. However, if you click on the URL you get a 404 error. I spoke with a Charter (now Spectrum) agent who said they have been having problems with bounce-back messages and when I ask if she had any idea when it might be resolved she didn't know but suggested I go to: https://www.spectrum.net/support and ask them. After going there I got into a "live chat" with a representative who, after some "troubleshooting" declared the problem to be with TB. Mainly because I could send messages to these two individuals if I did it from the Spectrum website directly. Usually when you tell them you're using TB as an email client, which they've never heard of, the problem suddenly becomes yours because of your email client. Although as mentioned, I was able to send (from Spectrum's website) a message to at least one of these individuals with no problem so I can see how he might have jumped at the chance to blame an email client he never heard of. For what it's worth I CAN send messages to at least one (I only tried one) of these individuals as long as I do it from my Gmail account from within TB. It would seem to me that if I can send from the Gmail account I should be able to send from the Spectrum account. Additionally, my wife has gotten the same bounce-back error message in the past when she tried to email one specific individual. I don't know where to go from here. -- TIA, Jack LaRosa Using TB! 6.0.12 OS: Win 10 v6 Build: 9200 --- This email has been checked for viruses by Avast antivirus software. https://www.avast.com/antivirus ________________________________________________ Current version is 8.0.18 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
