No IMAP here, I only use POP. But for me:-
++ moves a folder out from under its parent

Select a filter
Press Ctrl-C
Select the new account
Press Ctrl-V

This doesn't work for me, either.
Copied the folders into the IMAP account folder, but nothing shows up
in TB.
