Hello Tbudl, We have new administration. They are used to Outlook and quite dissatisfied with The Bat!. I have a laundry list of items that they wish to have changed in order to keep using The Bat!; otherwise, they want to look into other options (i.e. Outlook). Some things, I can figure out -
