Hi, RJ Is it possible to create a template or other method to reply to an email RJ with the simple text I like this or something similar, regardless of in RJ which account or folder the original email is read? Yep. Create a common filter with the action 'send automatic reply' Define a template for that action with the text you prefer. Set the filter to be used for all accounts. (Share with... tab) Set the filter to be used for manual refiltering only (Options tab) I use this kind of filter rules associated with a function key, but could it be possible to use those rules in a menu ?
