IAW I would have taken them to be the same. Does it have something to do
IAW with the filter containing a regexp? I have tried searching through
IAW the help file, but I have not been able to locate anything.

Match is for regex, contain is not.

Is Match slower than Contain? Is Contain slower than Starts
With? Is Is the fastest? Does anyone know?

Speed isn't the difference if it matters at all. They're different
conditions.

Normally, a regexp match takes longer. Does anyone know if this is the
case in The Bat?

 They're different conditions.

I know, but a regexp without any fancy syntax acts like a Contains,
does it not?
