JN entered for that to work?

I just make a slightly different card for each address -
I'm not sure if they have to be different, but on good
days I know which addy will come up for each entry - Bill,
Billy, Will .. and then when I start typing the address,
the first one will come up; if it's not the right one, I
hit cont-+ until the right one shows up.

You have to have completion turned on, which is somewhere
in the options, but I don't remember where. I think it may
be turned on by default.

You can also check the boxes in the AB, which will put
those up first.

I hope this is reasonably clear ... it's *way* past my
bedtime ..

Don't know if I am missing what you want, but I do the following.

Make an address entry for the person. In the e-mail address field I enter all
the e-mail addresses, one per line.

When I want to send a message to the individual I right click on the
AB entry pick new than message to and I get a list of all e-mail
address for this individual and I pick the one I want to use.

Thanks. That's helpful information. It seems that it cannot be
done from within a new message window, however, so it requires
extra steps to get into the AB, click down a series of menu levels,
etc.

Worse yet, from my perspective, is that multiple e-mail addresses
within one field can *only* be set up by hand. There's no way to
merge or import that result from other contacts listings.

ThanksI could have searched for a week without finding this. :-)

This option and CRTL + work great. Although there seems to be a limit
to the number of e-mail address that will be accessed for each
individual.

One entry has three e-mail addresses. With crtl + only two show,
another entry has two e-mail addresses but crtl + only shows one.

They did not change itI had an individual in my AB twice. This
made it look like crtl + was showing two e-mail addresses.
