I'm not using both of them.
I'm using "Pop before smtp" system.

I always leave combined delivery unchecked.
It was working as I needed up to TB1.47
on TB1.48 disclaimer, there is a "pop before smtp reworked"
advertisement.
I just don't get the point of this *reworking* ;-)
