Seems the mail server you're trying to connect to uses only
Cipher: RC4-SHA
in it's SSL/TLS implementation. I don't know which Ciphers are
supported by The Bat!, but I'd guess, from your error message, this one
ain't :-/
A correct answer can only be given by RIT directly so
cipher methods is supported
at the same time, imap over ssl/tls using dedicated port 993 working
properly.. any suggestions ?
