Basically SSL shouldn't be used anymore, TLS fixed some bugs in the protocol, IIRC. However, people still call it SSL even when they're using TLS. Hello Bob, Seems the mail server you're trying to connect to uses only Cipher: RC4-SHA in it's SSL/TLS implementation. I don't know which Ciphers are supported by The Bat!, but I'd guess, from your error message, this one ain't :-/ A correct answer can only be given by RIT directly so maybe you want to drop them a note directly ... TLS over IMAP isn't implemented yet so your connection is probably on a normal connection. Although the transport setting says it uses port 993 it is in fact just using port 143.
