Shortcuts Editor and Expanding Threads

I recently upgraded to 1.60c. I have not been able to find an entry to modify the shortcut to expand all the threads in a folder (the 'Ctrl-keypad*' key stroke). Although the laptop I use has a... virtual... keypad, it is awkward to activate in order to use this shortcut. I also thought there was

On Thursday, March 28, 2002, The Florida Canvassing Commission divined that Gene Gough truly meant to say: Go to the shortcut editor and then click on warning. That should expand all the menus for you to look for the expand threads. I did as you suggested but I still could not find any
